A reiki-infused soundbath that opens with breath work and chanting to bring your nervous system to baseline to facilitate the absorption of the healing energy of Reiki by @will_andpeace. As you lay in stillness you will be bathed in 432 hz and 528 hz sound frequencies by &floralunaco allowing you to fully surrender to the restorative power of self care. If you are interested in reiki this is a good opportunity for you to come learn. Snacks will be provided.
